Tomato soup with garlic bread
Ingredients
- Yellow Onion (Shallot)
- Garlic
- Argos Brand Tomatoes on the Vine
- Carrot
- Celery
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano
- 1/2 Chicken Broth
- Arugula
- Sour Cream
Garlic Bread:
- Baguette
- Butter
- Garlic
- Parsley

Preparation
- Peel and wash the sweet potatoes. Cut them in strips in the form of French fries and put in a buttered pan in the oven on 200ºC for 40-50 minutes.
- Sauce. In a pan with oil, add chopped onion and then chopped garlic; let it sit. Later, add a little bit of broth and 4 tomatoes without skin. Add a little bit of salt and oregano and cover.
- Let it sit for approximately 5 minutes or until everything is mixed together. Pour into the blender and blend.
- Take the sweet potatoes out of the oven. Add salt and pepper to taste.
